Gerakan Memasyarakatkan Makan Ikan Socialize for Eating Fish

Berbagai upaya digalakkan Dinas Perikanan Kota Probolinggo demi memasyarakatkan konsumsi makan ikan. Jumat (26/5), digeber Serangkaian Kegiatan Aksi Gerakan Memasyarakatkan Makan Ikan (Semarak Gemar Ikan) di kompleks Stadion Bayuangga. 

Many efforts was done by Fisheries agency to increase the number of fish consumption. On Friday (26/5), this agency held an event called Semarak Gemar Ikan at Bayuangga stadion.

Rangkaian kegiatan waktu itu kampanye makan ikan yang diikuti 100 orang, lomba cipta menu olahan ikan dengan 16 peserta, pelatihan diversifikasi (otak-otak bandeng dan abon lele) diikuti 60 orang istri nelayan dan gelar produk olahan ikan sebanyak 40 stand. 

Many activities are on this event such as fish eating campaigne with 100 participants, making fish menus with 16 participants, diversification training (for making otak-otak bandeng and abon lele) with 60 participants, and there are also 40 stall for processed fish exhibition

Ketua Panitia Semarak Gemar Ikan, Fitriawati mengatakan, acara ini digelar untuk mengenalkan pentingnya makan ikan bagi masyarakat untuk meningkatkan konsumsi makan ikan. “Meningkatkan peran serta ekonomi masyarakat untuk berperan aktif dan gerakan memasyarakatkan ikan. Serta meningkatkan keterampilan SDM pengolah dan pemasaran agar berkreasi dan mampu berdaya saing menuju masyarakat sejahtera,” jelasnya. 

The committee chairman Semarak Gemar Ikan, Fitriawati said this event introduce the importance of eating fish. “It is also to increase the role of people in socializing the importance of eating fish, and to improve SMEs skill to make a creative product which can compete with others for welfare community,” said her.

Pada kesempatan itu, juga dilakukan launching empat outlet pusat olahan hasil perikanan Mas Cik Mesra (Masyarakat Cinta Ikan Menuju Sejahtera). Wali Kota Probolinggo Rukmini menuturkan, memasyarakatkan konsumsi ikan perlu adanya kerjasama antara pemerintah dan stakeholder. 

In this occasion, launched 4 stall for processed food by fish called MasCik Mesra (Masyarakat Cinta Ikan Menuju Sejahtera). Probolinggo mayor Rukmini said it needs collaboration among stakeholders campaigning the importance of eating fish.

“Mengingat saat ini konsumsiikan baru 32 persen per tahun per kapita, sedangkan rata-rata nasional 37 persen. Mari bersama-sama memasyarakatkan makan ikan, Kota Probolinggo ini potensi hasil ikan karena dekat kawasan laut,” ujar Rukmini yang sangat mengapresiasi kegiatan ini. Usai acara ceremonial, Wali Kota Rukmini meninjau stand UKM, lokasi pelatihan dan lomba cipta menu.

“Our fish consumption are 32% per year per capita but national consumption are 37%. Let socialize on eating fish in our city, because our city is near by the sea so we have a potency in it,” said Rukmini to appreciate this event. Then, mayor Rukmini look around the SMEs stall, and others.
